Return Policy

All returns must be authorized prior to shipment. To obtain a return authorization A2Z Industrial Distributor must be contacted via e-mail at or by phone at 855-676-0510. The reason for the return request must be specified. All return requests are permitted within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of merchandise. Any return must be shipped within 5 (five) business days from the day it was authorized.

Returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt and accepted by A2Z Industrial Distributor only if the items are in resalable condition. Product packaging must be in like-new condition; products will not be accepted for return if the packaging is cut, torn, written on, or otherwise damaged. Packaging must be in resalable condition in order to receive a refund. All items included with the original shipment must be present with the returned merchandise; this includes, but is not limited to: screws, fasteners, gaskets, instructions, etc. Returns that are missing components, have severely damaged packaging, or have in any way been damaged, deformed, or altered cannot be credited.

Shipping and handling fees are non - refundable. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns; if you would like to place a new order, of equal or greater value, the restocking fee may be waived, if within the 15 (fifteen) day return period. All return items must be shipped prepaid and insured and contain the following information: return authorization number, packing list of items returned. Return Authorization Number must be written on the box or enclosed with the product. All returns on orders placed under Free Shipping offers will incur shipping charge deduction in addition to standard restocking fees. Any items cut to size, or altered in any way, may not be returned or exchanged for refund or credit. Custom and Special Order Items are non-returnable; all sales are final. Tools and safety wear items, such as, but not limited to, coveralls, aprons, vests, and jackets may not be returned and are non-refundable.


If a Customer would like to cancel an order, the Customer must e-mail a request, along with the order number, to "", or call 855-676-0510. A 5% cancellation fee will apply if the order needs to be cancelled the next business day after it was placed. Every attempt will be made to cancel an order upon each request. However, A2Z Industrial Distributor cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. If the Customer would like to cancel an order after the order has been shipped, standard Return procedures, as outlined below, will apply. Custom and Special Order Items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed with the manufacturer.


For product damages,A2Z Industrial Distributor must be contacted by phone (855-676-0510) or at within three (3) business days of receipt of shipment. A2Z Industrial Distributor may request photo documentation of damaged or defective item(s) in order to expedite resolution. Product must be in its original form and have all original packaging; product must not be used, cut, or altered in any way,if damage or defect appears to be present. Resolution regarding damaged or defective product(s) will be pending inspection; inspections may be performed by A2Z Industrial Distributor or by the product manufacturer. Pending the results of the inspection, replacement, full refund, or partial credit may be issued.If a product is claimed to be damaged or defective and is picked up by A2Z Industrial Distributor or product manufacturer, to be inspected, and is determined to be of satisfactory quality, the item will be treated as a standard return, and also incur the shipping charges to pick-up and/or reship the product.If the package appears to have been damaged during transit, Customer must keep all packaging, including packing materials, as well as any interior or exterior boxes. A2Z Industrial Distributor will file a claim with the carrier; the carrier may choose to have the merchandise inspected by a carrier representative or picked up and returned to A2Z Industrial Distributor. Upon receiving the results of inspection or upon return of the damaged merchandise, a replacement order will be shipped, or a full refund will be issued to the Customer.International shipments which have incurred damage while in transit will require photo documentation, as well as a Customer Letter (available from A2Z Industrial Distributor.) in order to process the International Claim Paperwork. Once the proper documentation has been received by A2Z Industrial Distributor, a replacement order will be shipped, or a refund will be issued to the Customer.
