3M Complete Belt Mounted Powered Air Purifying Respirator Assembly has a rugged construction and offers respiratory protection when combined with headgear and breathing tube. The respirator is a motorized blower unit that provides filtered air into a hood, helmet or facepiece and offers great versatility in working in industrial environments. It can be used with hoods, loose fitting facepieces, helmets and full facepieces. It offers good respiratory protection and air is provided constantly to the worker thus rendering great comfort. It does not require a TIGht faceseal and the battery-operated blower pulls the air through the filter. The blower can be mounted on the waist, face or head and the worker does not require any extra breathing resistance. The assembly includes a PAPR unit, power cord, battery pack, battery charger, flow meter, blower plugs and a waist belt.
